Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads in the Medical Aesthetic industry.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand and prioritize target accounts and prospects.
  • Reach out to customer leads through various channels, including calling, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Gather and maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Initiate and engage in conversations with potential clients, assessing their needs and interest in our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and prospects.
  • Assist in planning and executing workshops, product demos, and presentations to drive lead engagement.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and outcomes within the set schedule.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years in aesthetic medicine, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
  • Educational background in science, biology, or medical-related fields.
  • Proven work experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
