Sight & Sound Productions is seeking Hotel AV Manager with a high level of professionalism, passion and understands the true value of customer service. This person should have a strong technical background and commitment to providing world class service to our clients.

**What you will be doing:**
* Proactively communicate with the hotel catering department to learn about new event bookings.
* Contact event planners to gather information about audio-visual needs for their events.
* Deliver a high level of customer service which includes being patient, going above and beyond, proactively seeing challenges and assisting with solutions.
* Provide guidance on necessary equipment to make a clients event successful.
* Create event proposals.
* Respond to client concerns, questions, and problems.
* Responsible for the timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audio-visual equipment. You will have support from the rest of the production team with large events.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with key hotel personnel.
* Attend meetings.
* Maintaining organized files.
**Your experience and skills include:**
* 2 years of audio-visual experience
* Sales and hospitality industry experience preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum of a HS diploma
**Your team and working environment:**
You will be working between our two prestigious in-house hotel properties in Jacksonville, FL. When you are not required at the hotels, you will spend your day at the Sight & Sound Productions headquarters which is centrally located between the two properties right off I-295 and Beach Blvd. You will also have the support of the entire companys resources including project manager, technicians, equipment, marketing, and sales.
