Job Description | Commission Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in sales (Minimum 3- 5 years experience)
- Present and sell company services and products to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented (Document all bookings in company calendar, including date and time of booking)
Required Qualifications-
Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury, automotive, or high-end service sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills in Human Psychology:
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and motivational factors.
- Ability to apply psychological principles to sales strategies and customer interactions.
- Training or certification in areas such as emotional intelligence, persuasion techniques, or negotiation.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients quickly.
- Skilled in active listening and empathetic engagement.
Sales Skills:
- Proficient in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Experienced in consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to utilize CRM software effectively.
Analytical Skills:
- Capability to interpret sales data and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Preferred Qualifications-
Advanced Education:
- Master s degree in Marketing, Business Psychology, or related fields.
- Additional certifications relevant to sales and psychological training (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Persuasion Analyst).
Luxury Market Experience:
- Specific experience in the luxury market or with high-end products, demonstrating an understanding of high-value customer service and retentions.
