We are looking for a professional sales person with kitchen and bath cabinet design experience. **A working knowledge of 20/20 is required**. Experience in measuring is a plus. In this position you will work directly with customers on our showfloor, and provide support to our outside sales staff. Qualities required to be successful in this position include, strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, communication skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
**This is a full-time position and the hours includes one evening per week (until 8pm) and every-other Saturday (9am-5pm). All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the benefits programs offered by the company. Benefits include medical, dental, disability, life, 401k, ESOP and paid time off.**
**Responsibilities include:**
Design and close cabinet and countertop sales for all customers of ALL, Inc. This includes the retail, apartment, remodeler, and builder segments of the business by taking sales phone calls, assisting customers on the show floor, measuring customer spaces, and completing drawings in 2020. Provide quality and timely customer service. Assist customers in the selection of cabinets and countertops while projecting a positive and professional image of the company. Assist the outside sales staff when directed.
**KEY DUTIES**
* Sell cabinets
* Design and complete drawings using 2020 software
* Assist all customers in selecting cabinets and countertops
* Maintain the appearance of the showroom
* Learn and keep up-to-date with all product features and benefits
* Attend sales training sessions offered by manufacturers
* Other duties as assigned by manager
**EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING / JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
* Associates degree in Kitchen/Bath Design or equivalent work experience
* Two years of successful sales experience
* Working knowledge of 2020 software and cabinet design
* Strong communication skills
* Highly organized
