Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join the team as a Data Entry Clerk in Burgettstown, PA. Schedule: 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
Pay rate: $16/hr.
Data Entry Clerk essential functions:
* Coordinating team input on various deadlines for specific projects
* Proofing and tracking of manufacturer programs and promotions
* Creating, running, and troubleshooting various reports and data sets
* Handling customer service calls and feedback responses
* Recording and documenting procedures
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls; handling email, files, mailings, and deliveries; and other tasks as may be required
* Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized
* Provide support to staff members and departments, including organization of on-site and off-site team events
Qualifications:
* Entry level position, office experience preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizing and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency with MS office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Team player with good interpersonal skills
