If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleVendor Management - CoordinatorWhat you will be doing:Maintains and updates Vendor Management related documentation per Vendor Manager direction.o Assists in completing Vendor on-going monitoring tasks ensuring target deliverable dates are met.o Communicates requests from Vendor Manager to appropriate stakeholders and performs follow ups if needed.o Responsible for the Archer Vendor Management repository database, uploading evidence files, and updating as needed.o Participates in creating and providing content for the Vendor Management Sharepoint site.o Completes day-to-day procurement tasks such as invoicing and creation of Purchase Orders.o Responsible for maintaining list of open blanket Purchase Orders for Vendors.o Responsible for providing invoice status when asked by Business or Vendors.o Works to become experienced in the procurement application software ie Ariba.What you will need to have:o Assist to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery in activities including but not limited to:o Participate in vendor management meetingso Develop vendor management plans and timelines for various projects. Conduct research and prepare recommendations and reportso Assist with the creation, update, training, and adoption of vendor management processeso Enter activities and tasks in tracking tools per process.o Assist in the coordination of meetings, working sessions, follow up on actions, issues, decisions, changes, etc.o Attend assigned meetings to include acting in a scribe capacity.o Analyze and report data to support operational needs.o Assist with status updates.o Prepare presentations such as executive updates and stakeholder updates.o bachelor s degreeo 5-8 years of experience legal assistant roleWhat would be great to have:o Demonstrated ability to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment.o Polished and professional presentation and communication style; capable of communicating complex content in a succinct manner in-person, over the phone, and through written correspondence.o Demonstrated ability to maintain multiple calendars in multiple time zones.o Strong administrative background, extensive knowledge and superior proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Workday, and other FUEL functions.o Demonstrated dependability, sense of urgency and keen attention to detail.o Superior ability to manage the workflow of multiple tasks simultaneously.o Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with senior management and business owners.o Business acumen and ability to learn and navigate across and within multiple business unit stakeholders and teams.o Ability to take on ad-hoc projects while maintaining workflow and administrative support.o Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail.o Naturally highly responsive with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.o Well-organized desktop and filing systems.o Ability to work well under pressure, remaining flexible and adaptable to the environment and sometime changing business demands.This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
