We seek a Customer Support Representative for a full-time position in the Richmond, Virginia office.
Position Overview
The Customer Support Representative position is held by a dynamic, highly motivated, and organized individual with superior attention to detail and excellent customer service for our Vitu clients. This is a fast-paced office with customers who need immediate resolutions. The potential candidate must provide superb customer service with an upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with program questions and issues via phone, email, and/or chat.
- Provide answers to questions related to DMV policy and paperwork.
- Troubleshoot program issues, concerns, and user errors in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support by being responsive and proactive to customer needs.
- Assist in the paperwork and set up of new accounts
- Ability to work in a high-production, fast-paced environment.
- Assist with day-to-day office duties.
Experience- Knowledge of the automotive industry is required; dealership and/or DMV experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
- Experience with Virginia and/or Maryland vehicle title and registration.
- Knowledge of Virginia and/or Maryland state rules and regulations regarding vehicle title and registration.
- Proficient on a PC (Internet, E-mail, Word, Excel, Google Drive)
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow directions
