Tomorrow's People Consulting is seeking to hire a fully licensed and self-motivated therapist/counselor, who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and solutions to those in need.

Here are the requirements for registering:
- MA, MS, MSW, Psy. or PhD in counseling, social work, clinical psychology or related mental health areas.
- Minimum of 3 years of and/or 2000 hours of providing counselling services.
- Must be licensed by a state board to provide counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD or similar).
- Must have a Possession of National Provider Identifier (NPI) Number.
- No disciplinary actions in the past 10 years.
- Experience working with individuals, families, or couples
- Experience working with a diverse population or demographics
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
Qualifications: - You must have completed a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
- One of the following licenses is required: You must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- No limited/provisional license
Responsibilities - Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via video chat
- Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
- Develop effective and individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
- Help clients develop insights into their experience, feelings, and relationships
- Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan, and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $60.00 per hour
