We are seeking to hire a Special Projects Lawyer to join our Corporate practice. This position may be hybrid and all candidates must be licensed and living in a state with a K&L Gates LLP office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, contracts for service, vendor contracts, and non-compete agreements. The ideal candidate will have some experience working as in-house counsel and be comfortable being client facing as the role will be client facing and help grow the practice. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.

Base compensation $100-$170 per hour. The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
