Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent at Porter Construction Inc. located in Kapolei, HI. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring construction safety, organizing construction projects, budgeting, and project management.
Qualifications
- Construction Site Management, Budgeting, and Project Management skills
- Construction Safety and Organization skills
- Experience in leading and organizing construction projects
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in multifamily construction, renovation, or remediation is a plus
