(This contract position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the US.)
Responsibilities:
- Calling on Prospects to schedule appointments for you and for Managing Partners
- Sourcing and recruiting talent for open job orders
- Manage the recruitment process from interview through offer stage
- Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
- Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
- Ability to collaborate and assist teammates
- Documenting communications and interactions with candidates in the ATS
- Full desk recruiting (business development, new client acquisition, candidate sourcing recruiting, pre-screening, reference checking, negotiation of terms & closing)
- Ability to multitask and work on several open positions at one time
Requirements:- Accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments
- At least 1 year of sales or recruiting experience (both ideally)
- Consultative Sales skills with a history of follow-up-based selling
- Professional presentation and exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in different types of software (ability to pick up new programs quickly)
- Motivated, Detail Oriented, and Entrepreneurial
