Job Description:

PF&TCO is seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and self-motivated Multi-Family Business Development Specialist to join its rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's proven sales and service models within the multi-family industry, focusing on the rent-ready vertical. This role involves cold-calling, prospecting, building long-term relationships, and actively participating in trade organizations to promote PF&TCO's services.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold-calling, prospecting, and lead generation to build lasting relationships with potential customers.

- Travel locally, regionally, and nationally as required.

- Maintain CRM rules of engagement in real-time.

- Actively participate in trade organizations at local, regional, and national levels.

- Develop and nurture relationships with company vendors and contractors.

- Prepare and present sales proposals to customers and decision-makers.

- Guide customers through the PF&TCO operational process and facilitate communication with the estimating and quoting department.

- Set clear expectations through consistent communication with stakeholders via phone, email, and texts.

- Provide world-class customer service to current and potential customers.

- Exceed key performance sales activity targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Keep the Top 10-20-100 list current within CRM.

- Participate in personal and professional training opportunities, including sales, leadership, and product knowledge training.

- Facilitate product knowledge presentations on new products, services, and industry trends.

- Conduct daily training in Cardone University.

- Perform responsibilities with professionalism, humility, and ethical conduct.


Requirements:

- Proven sales performance with effective prospecting, closing, and nurturing skills.

- Experience and working knowledge in the flooring industry (preferred).

- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.

- Some sales experience preferred, with B2B experience considered a plus.

- Willingness and ability to learn new products and trade knowledge.

- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional organizational and time-blocking skills.

- Prior use of CRM tool and territory management required.

- Ability to respond to customer needs with a sense of urgency.

- Servant mentality while working closely across a variety of personality types.
