Express Employment Professionals has an internal opening for a Recruiting Specialist to focus on outreach to prospective job seekers for our Durham/RTP franchise office. The ideal candidate would have an interest in recruiting, human resources, and/or inside sales. Prior experience in staffing or recruiting would be a plus.
We need an individual with the drive to be successful to help our team reach the right people for the right job opportunities. The position involves advertising and recruiting candidates for open positions, conducting phone & in-person interviews, working to match candidates with job opportunities, proactively calling companies to identify open positions, assisting with managing inbound calls, and following up with our clients and associates to manage relationships.
