You'll assist with forward planning, ensuring job site cleanliness, and coordinating home preparation for move-in. Responsibilities

Quality controlchecking the specific details of construction work to ensure that standards are met. This involves making a detailed list of items that were not met to satisfaction
Helping with the formulation of bids for building projects
Use company-wide systems to communicate with team members. The primary system of communication is a program called Asana
Assist the Construction Manager with any daily tasks that are needed
Attend leasing inspections, appraisals, and other appointments scheduled by the Construction Manager
Will be required to travel throughout the Oklahoma City Metro
Finalize home completions and walk homes or buildings with the construction manager and the client
Coordinate on-site material deliveries, prepare materials for returns, fill out purchase orders, remove debris, and handle waste removal properly
Take part in the forward planning process to ensure the building will be well-maintained in the future
Develop your construction skills and technique by helping the construction manager, contractors, project engineers, and builders with all aspects of the job and the daily procedures of the project so it's completed quickly
Fill out a daily log of job site occurrences and keep detailed records of job changes, providing documentation for the project manager

Qualifications

Proven track record of adhering to project schedules, being a team player, regular attendance at work, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
High school diploma or GED is required
Possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license
Previous work experience as an admin or in the construction industry is valuable but not required
Be familiar with basic skills and construction methods, such as how to use construction equipment and tools
