This role is an exceptional opportunity for experienced attorneys with a passion for clean energy and a strong background in securitization, renewable energy, and tax equity. Join a mission-driven Energy & Climate Solutions (ECS) group of about 40 attorneys, focusing on renewable energy projects. You will work with top clients on multi-million dollar deals, contributing to projects that drive sustainable innovation. This role offers a chance to lead and mentor within a symbiotic team while managing substantial client work. Ideal candidates will have expertise in securitization, renewables, and tax equity, making a significant impact in a thriving sector.
Compensation: $420,000 - $435,000
