Temporary Position
We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the accounting and quality departments by accurately entering and maintaining data related to financial transactions and quality control processes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Data Entry
o Input and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense reports.
o Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
o Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and assist in resolving any related issues.
Quality Control Data Entry
o Enter data related to quality control processes, including product testing results, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
o Assist in maintaining records of product specifications, batch records, and quality assurance protocols.
o Filing of production retains by numerical item codes.
o Assist in organizing and maintaining retain sample libraries.
Administrative Support
o Provide administrative support to the accounting and quality departments as needed, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
o Assist in generating reports and compiling data for analysis and review by departmental managers.
o Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Experience, Abilities and Qualities Required:
Proficiency in data entry and accuracy in numerical data processing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
