Job Details
Location: **Novelty, OH** * Minimum of ten years experience in the Construction Industry.
* Bachelors degree (preferably within the Carpentry/Construction/Project Management Industries).
* Possess a valid drivers license and must be insurable on the companys insurance policy.
* Proficient in both oral and written communications.
* Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, e-mail use, and estimating software.
* Strong track record of delivering operational and financial results.
* Build strong relationships with the customer base and ensure customer requirements are met.
* Consistently meeting/exceeding annual sales goals.
* Regularly visiting customers and being present on job sites.
* Extensive carpentry, building, and renovating experience required.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and staff at various organizational levels.
* Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit and sense of urgency, strategic thinking, innovation, and forecasting ability.
* Solid listening skills
* Proven ability to develop and implement new strategies in a competitive business environment.
* A track record in successfully managing a business through change. Accepts accountability for the need to consistently achieve targeted goals.
* Ability to develop talent both as individuals and teams. Strong coaching ability. Commitment to hiring and retaining the best and acting on marginal performance.
* Ability to provide strong leadership and build confidence should be a clear, strategic thinker with a willingness to take a more hands-on, operational approach where appropriate.
* Energetic, open, and direct manner. Must have the stature and confidence to make difficult decisions.
