The **Assistant Service Advisor** is the primary liaison between the Service Department and its customers.

**Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls and make service appointment
* Obtaining customer and vehicle information
* Reviewing vehicle repair histories in dealership files and verifying any needs for recalls through the manufacturers online system
* Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
* Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers as needed
* Verifying that the final invoices reconcile with the work performed on the R.O.
* Overseeing delivery of vehicles to the customer after their visit from the cashier
* Participating in Manufacturers sponsored trainings and programs
**Qualifications**
* Valid Indiana Driver's License
* Extraordinary communication skills both verbal and written
* Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic
* Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
* Superior customer service skills
