HIRING TEXAS LOAN OFFICERS

Are you a Junior or Senior Loan Officer? DOSS has an innovative offering that empowers you to be more in control, make more money, and win more deals. Every Mortgage Broker has all the same top lenders. What separates DOSS Home Loans is our community, culture, support, systems, technology, and training. DOSS is a brand and brokerage for entrepreneurs!
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
- FLAT FEE COMPENSATION PLAN($995)*
- $25,000 Cap*
- In-House Real Estate Agents

*DOSS has an innovative compensation plan that empowers our LOs to make more money with our Flat Fee Compensation Plan. We only charge our Agents a $995 Flat Fee, plus a $45 E&O Fee, totaling $1,040. You keep the rest!
*DOSS has a $25,000 Cap! That means, once our LOs close 25 deals, they Cap. After they reach the Cap, our LOs only pay $250 per deal for the remainder of the year! The Cap starts over each calendar year. Most of our LOs Cap within 5 to 6 months.
NEW LOAN OFFICERS
- 50/50 Split for first 3 deals
- Mentorship, Support, and Training
- Learn How To: Pull credit, Read credit reports, Calculate DTI, and Pre-Process Files
- Attend New Loan Officer Training twice a week
COMMISSION ONLY POSITION:
DOSS Home Loans is a Mortgage Brokerage. We "DO NOT" pay draws or a salary. We hire Loan Officers that are Entrepreneurs who have established business, or who want to learn how to build their business. We hire Loan Officers that are winners!
