Job Details
The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Shift: Third shift-- Sunday thru Thursday-- overtime potential on Fridays
Responsibilities
- Ensure the machinery is functional
- Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
- Lead team members Track metrics
- Act as a working supervisor to assist the staff in any areas when falling behind
- Assist with the training and coaching of all internal employees and temp employees
- Assist with the recruiting process and setting up the temps for their trainings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years of leadership within a manufacturing setting). Plastics manufacturing is preferred.
- Proficient with problem solving & troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge to bring a positive work culture.
- Proficient with Spanish is a plus.
