A leading healthcare practice in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, is seeking an Administrative/Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a professional environment, being accountable for their work, and delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities
- Manage specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence
- Credential providers at local hospitals
- Handle legal correspondence
- Serve as Administrative Assistant to CEO, President, and executive team
- Handle and coordinate calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Keep inventory, order office supplies, liaise with vendors
- Ensure well-organized files and records
- Provide support for special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years experience in a professional environment, healthcare experience desired but not required
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ideal candidate will be formal, conscientious, precise
- Able to work effectively against deadlines with a preference for detailed, specialized work
- Able to work in the office five days a week during normal business hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace
