Customer Service Representative
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hr.
Location: Aurora, CO 80011
Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly.
- Provide accurate answers and advice on general and technical inquiries.
- Assist customers with new orders, returns, and warranties.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues.
- Enter non-conformance reports (NCR) and disputes when required.
- Assist customers with quotes and sales.
- Assist the sales team with day to day inquiries.
- Process purchase orders.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal in English).
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Attendance and punctuality is critical.
- Knowledge of Hubspot, NetSuite, 3CX and Portalink is preferred.
- Customer service phone manner for inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to follow detailed direction unsupervised.
- Experience in Excel and MS Office Suite.
