Amotec is actively seeking an Accountant for one of our local and growing manufacturing clients, located near Solon, OH! In this role, the Accountant will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing as well as weekly cash management, assisting in Fiscal Year Audits, and special projects as necessary. Our client offers a generous salary, PTO, healthcare, and PTO plan. This role will be onsite to start but may offer hybrid flexibility after 90 days of employment.
Accountant Responsibilities:
- Assist accounting team with all financial closing periods
- Work with field team on managing weekly cash flow
- Work on a cross functional team to ensure all intercompany transactions are filed and reported properly
- Manage all company credit card transactions and report any miss findings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum (3+) years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Previous SAP experience in a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
