Responsibilities:
- Perform painting, concrete work, landscaping, and other general maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Assist with minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with each project.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements: - Clean felony record
- Drug-free
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge and skills in painting, concrete work, landscaping, and general maintenance tasks.
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
