Our client a thriving mid-size law firm based in the Northeast is currently seeking a Senior Associate or Partner to fortify their Corporate practice. This position, available on a hybrid basis, presents an exciting opportunity for professional growth, offering exposure to the firm's most sophisticated transactions on behalf of their esteemed clientele.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in navigating complex lending transactions, including asset-based, real estate-backed, and other intricate loan structures involving a variety of collateral. Demonstrated leadership in guiding transactions from inception to completion, along with the ability to oversee junior associates and serve as the primary client contact, are essential qualities sought after by the firm. Admission to the CT, MA or NY bar required.
While prior experience in other corporate transactional areas, such as M&A, ECVC financings, and securities, is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
