We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. Duties:

- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics

- Provide sales support by assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns

- Conduct regular sales meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and motivate the team

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in the dealership industry

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
