RN Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the care of a designated group of residents.


• Direct and assist assigned nursing personnel in resident care.


• Utilize pertinent data and current assessment to support, enhance or modify care as needed.


• Evaluate plan of care to assist residents toward optimum level of functioning.


• Evaluate resident responses and changes plan of care as needed.


• Perform all clinical skills per policy and procedures.


• Collect and organize residents data in a systematic manner utilizing the nursing process.

RN Requirements:

• Registered Nurse Licence, valid in NY
