Responsibilities:
- Manage Project Budgets: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and project profitability.
- Develop and Maintain Project Schedules: Create detailed project schedules, track progress, and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam: Leverage Procore and Bluebeam software for effective project management, document control, and communication.
- Client and Subcontractor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Project Oversight: Manage 3-4 projects simultaneously, each ranging from $2M-$5M, overseeing all aspects from planning to completion, including site visits, inspections, and coordination with various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam: Demonstrated experience with these tools for project management and documentation.
- 3+ Years of Commercial Construction Experience: Proven track record in new builds and/or renovation work within the commercial construction sector.
- Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
