As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions for their home remodeling and improvement needs.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and proposals.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive project plans, including design concepts, timelines, and budgets.
- Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of MB Services' products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details using Field Services software.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution and timely completion of projects.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and design principles.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Field Software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
