So, as part of our account management crew, you're basically the VIP liaison for our clients, steering their ship day in and day out. Your mission? To team up with said clients, sniff out their needs, and uncover growth opportunities, all while making their journey with us one they ll remember fondly.


Now, let's talk about what this role takes:

  • Confident Presenter: Showcase our work with intelligence, enthusiasm, and a touch of panache.
  • Objective-Obsessed: Keep your eyes on the prize and rally the troops to hit those goals.
  • Quality Control Freak (in a good way): Hold yourself and the team to sky-high standards, ensuring everything we produce is getting all the right kinds of attention.

Client Management & Strategic Leadership:

  • Juggle project timelines and budgets like you were born in a circus tent.
  • Craft project and creative briefs with all the right words.
  • Keep the client love alive with daily check-ins and updates.
  • Build dream teams for each project like you're Sarah Halley Finn casting Marvel s Avengers.
  • Stay one step ahead by spotting and solving client issues before they become a thing.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the client's biz and competitors.


Financial Leadership (AKA - Securing that Bag)

  • Be the finance whisperer, making sure everything adds up and everyone's in the loop.
  • Keep those budgets in check and invoices flying out on time.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Finance to keep the financials in tip-top shape.


Agency Leadership:

  • Lead and rep our awesome agency culture built on collaboration and respect.
  • Make sure all the cogs are turning smoothly within the agency machine.
  • Hook up everyone from creatives to techs with everything they need to make magic happen.
  • Help new team members find their way as needed.
  • Other stuff will probably come up.


Finally, here are the requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably agency-side.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or something else that makes sense.
  • You basically have a Marie Kondo (remember her?) level of organization.
  • Jack-of-all-trades when it comes to project types, from digital to social to branding.
  • You practically speak digital marketing as a second language (and you re constantly learning what s next)
  • Great attitude? Check. Communication skills? Double check. Strategic mindset? Triple check.
  • You're a lone wolf or a team player depending on the circumstance.
  • You secretly brag about your problem-solving and people skills.
  • You're like a sponge, soaking up knowledge and always hungry for more.
  • You know marketing and advertising best practices inside-out, guiding clients toward their goals with ease.
  • Great presenting skills, written or spoken.
  • Bonus points if you can make Google Suite do your bidding.
