Great Company!!! They have been in business for over 40 years, very little churn, we are looking for someone that comes from company in size from 100 to 1,000. Pls dont respond if you come from Huge Enterprise. Just a culture thing. Ideally the candidate will have worked at a company this size the past 4 years or longer. Also, we are not looking for people that have been consultiong contractors. This company is great landing spot for someone from smaller company 100 to 300 people in size!


Summary: The Technical Project Manager (TPM) oversees product ownership and project management for the modernization of an AWS Datawarehouse. Additionally, the TPM manages workstreams related to the AWS data solution.

Duties: Develops product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, considering customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

  • the Data Engineering and Reporting team, coordinating their work with the ongoing transactional database modernization.
  • stakeholder input, communicates requirements to the team, and ensures product quality.
  • and addresses potential risks related to product delivery.
  • informed about industry trends and emerging technologies for innovation.

Required Skills & Experience: Business and Technical Proficiency: 3-5 years of experience in areas such as product ownership, business analysis, project management, software development, testing, or data analysis.

  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated expectation management skills, organizational abilities, and effective communication.
  • Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database and data warehouse design principles; experience with legacy system transformation is advantageous.
  • Software Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Jira, Agile methodology, and dashboard design.
