This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global company in the cloud-based financial software industry!
Responsibilities:
- Understand bank processes and procedures related to money movement.
- Examples include: ACH, check, instant transfer, international wire transfers, etc.
- Monitor our payment systems to ensure exceptions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and efficiently resolve payment processing exceptions based on established policies and procedures.
- Communicate with customers on any payment exceptions.
- Make recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of payments or financial service operations experience preferred
- Detail oriented - places a high value on accuracy, consistency, and completeness of work
- Has proven ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills - must possess ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others (team members, cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and bank partners)
- Responsive, communicative, and empathetic to customer needs.
- Understands customer account management and service operations
- Able to work flexible work hours, including late evenings
- Experience with Google suite preferred
Pay Rate:
$23/hour
