A professional and loving family on the Central Coast are seeking an experienced, bubbly and engaging nanny to care for their happy and social 12 month old baby boy.
An ideal nanny will be caring and nurturing with a calm/composed approach when under pressure. We are looking for a nanny that has good communication skills, is bubbly /fun and engaging. The nanny will be expected to plan and engage age appropriate activities ie singing, painting, exploration etc which will help the baby grow and develop. The nanny must have prior experience as a nanny and has cared
for babies and toddlers. The family are looking for the nanny to become a part of their family and stay with them on a long term basis. **The carers responsibilities for this role will be as follows **
* To care for baby
* Follow the babys routine
* Play and engage age appropriate activities
* Take the baby out on outings/walks to the local parks/playground , baby rhyme /sensory at the library
* Assist with some light house hold duties ie emptying/reloading the dishwasher, washing up, tidy up the babies toys, water any houseplants, feed the cat, light hoover around communal area especially after meal time.
* Family laundry
* Food preparation and/or cooking for the babys meals.
* Be able to prep basic meals for the family if time permits
* Grocery Shopping
* Running errands (occasionally)
**Start date: October 2021**
**Contract Length: 12 months Permanent Long Term**
**Pay: $30 per hour depending on experience**
**The days and normal hours are 2 days 20 hours**
Wednesday 8.00am 6.00pm
Thursday 8.00am 6.00pm
Additional hours required from time to time
**Note**: Full Drivers Licence and own car required (Petrol and kms to be reimbursed)
**The familys expectations from their nanny are **
* Must have a minimum of 3 years nanny/child care experience
* Childcare qualification (Preferred)
* Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one
* Have a current working with childrens check number
* Display strong communication skills and speak English
* Calm, Nurturing
* Bubbly and engaging
* Non Smoker
* Fit, Active and Healthy
* Covid 19 Vaccinated
* Full Drivers Licence and own car preferred
