Responsibilities include:
* Communicating with customers on product orders
* Entering customer order data into the ERP system
* Handling emergency orders
* Taking inventory in warehouse as need to confirm product for orders
Skills Needed:
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Able to work independently
* Able to train on 1st shift for a few weeks
* Some previous customer service experience for a manufacturing company
