JOB SUMMARY
Process the necessary cabinet doors to set up carts for the production line. Coordinate doors on multiple carts from multiple vendors.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspection of door carts ready for finishing
- Documenting all Quality Control Point forms
- Repairs of non-conforming doors
- Reordering of doors that are not able to be repaired
- Assisting Door Pick team in Un-palletizing and Ticketing processes
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:- Ability to learn at a quick pace and work with positive behavior.
- Participate in all safety activities and be safety conscientious.
- Be able to work in a team environment with the ability to accept change in daily activities.
- Must have a good attendance record, be able to show initiative and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and understand move tickets, read a tape measure, knowledge of CWG door specifications, ability to use hand tools and make repairs on doors.
- Physical effort pertains to repetitive lifting, pulling, pushing, grasping, and reaching; that may or may not be above the shoulder.
- Knowledge of our Anzio operating system a plus.
