Wisconsin Kenworth is seeking an Outside Parts Sales representative to join their team. Responsibilities include maintaining liaison with current customers and soliciting new business. Responsibilities:
* Sells heavy duty and/or light duty truck parts
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts
* Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company
* Cultivate assigned customer territories and accounts
* Conquest and grow new accounts
Primary Duties:
* Maintains liaison with important customers
* Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an advisor to wholesale or retail customers
* Spends a part of each day in solicitation of new business
* Successfully complete product and sales training courses as assigned
* Develop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies
* Maintains parts-related correspondence
* Keeps up to date on new products
Job Qualifications:
* High school diploma; associates degree (AA) preferred
* Prior Sales experience
* Valid Drivers License
* Ability to sit throughout day while driving to and from various customer locations; average longest single durations approximately 1.5 hours; must also sit while driving fork-lift for short period of time
* Computer, mathematical and customer service skills
* Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
* Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
* Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customer and staff to assist with purchase decisions
* Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven
