Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative and office experience - required
  • Bachelor's degree - required
  • Master's degree - preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Our Administrative Assistant will:
  • Utilize QuickBooks to prepare invoices, reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Manage accounts payables and accounts receivables.
  • Inputting and maintaining data, records, and files
  • Assist in maintaining employee files and editing PDFs.
  • File documents, photocopying, faxing, or running errands.
  • Creating, editing, and formatting documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Preparing bid documents, prevailing wage reports, submittals and close out documents
