As a Singular Solutions Telecommunications Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by helping customers transition to our cutting-edge cellular-based home phone service. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, making 300-400 calls per day.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Present and demonstrate telecom products and services to potential clients.
  • Develop customized solutions to meet customers' telecommunications requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to customers
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Promote Singular Solutions' services with a focus on saving customers money and upgrading their home phone service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.


Qualifications

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Experience
  • Proven experience in telecom or sales-related cold-calling roles

Knowledge
  • Familiarity with telecom products and services
  • Telemarketing best practices preferred
