**Position** : Lock Box Processor

**Pay Rate** : $20.50 - $30.50

**Location:** Worcester, MA - 386 Main Street
**Hours:** 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
**Purpose/Objective** **:**
Primary operator for lockbox document processing equipment to group, balance, scan, and capture required information. Enter and locate transaction errors and discrepancies.
**Key Accountabilities** **:**
+ Complete all processing for lockbox customers
+ Pick up mail as necessary from post offices
+ Complete Positive Pay reviews
+ Make corrections/returns for Harpers and ETI
+ Create PDFs for ETI Drafts
+ Process Bank by Mail Teller Insight as necessary for lending areas
+ Complete 386 Main mailroom functions
+ Store Central Mass Branch work and complete research request
+ Scan department documents to FCM for ACH, Wires, and Lockbox
+ Complete Mobile and ATM daily reviews to assist Deposit Ops
+ Processing of Canadian Items for Lockbox and RDC Customers
+ Backup Lockbox Manager for vacation coverage
+ Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by ones duties.
**Education:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
**Experience:**
+ Banking experience
