Description

ACBT is in search of a Relationship Banking Manager! As Relationship Banking Manger, you will be an integral part of our banking team. You will develop and manage client relationships with small businesses and consumers. Provide leadership to bankers in support of our mission and core values. Serve as the primary liaison between the bank and our clients, ensuring that they receive exceptional service. Lead and coach bankers to meet goals and bank strategic initiatives.

Requirements

SUPPORTS BANK & DAILY OPERATIONS

  • Develops treasury management skills to handle routine client needs
  • Leads all aspects of the relationship building and client service for a specific location
  • Oversee and second review bank audits
  • Monitor staffing needs and manage bank schedule with Universal Banking Supervisor for adequate coverage. Flexibility in assisting other bank location with staff coverage
  • Manage bank specific facility needs by partnering with the bank maintenance engineer

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / MANAGE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
  • Relationship reviews and actively manage portfolio of client relationships
  • New & renewed consumer & small commercial loan applications
  • Referrals to line of business partners as appropriate
  • Support to Commercial Banking team
  • Growth and relationship building of Private Client portfolios
  • Community involvement
  • Embraces change, promotes technology, and assists clients with online adoption and utilization
  • Answer phones and assists with inquiries to support client needs

RISK & COMPLIANCE
  • Audit integrity, risk management, and security of the bank
  • Remain in compliance with all applicable banking regulations and ACBT policy
  • Remain current on all training & required cross-training
  • Take steps necessary to identify, prevent and report potential fraud

LEADERSHIP/CULTURE
  • Partner with UB Supervisor to lead, coach and develop employees.
  • Set goals and evaluates individual performance of relationship bankers, and UB Supervisor
  • Collaborate and assist the UB Supervisor in development of UB goals and ensure alignment with bank strategic plan
  • Assures effective communication & teamwork across all departments and locations
  • Provides leadership to bankers regarding our service standards

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Specialized bank-related training
  • Continued education through online IBA and ABA courses
  • A minimum of 5 years relationship banking experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability for continuous technology development and adoption
