JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Infrastructure Leader will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our healthcare plan's technology infrastructure. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT infrastructure management, a deep understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to drive technological advancements that align with our business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy that supports the company's mission, objectives, and growth plans with a strong focus on cloud architecture.
- and mentor a team of infrastructure managers, engineers, analysts and technicians, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- and maintain the architecture for the healthcare plan's technology infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet the needs of various healthcare business units.
- the management, configuration, and optimization of network infrastructure, servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
- the continuous availability and performance of critical healthcare applications and systems.
- and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive healthcare data and ensure compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST).

QUALIFICATIONS:

- experience managing a redundant Azure environment is a plus.
- experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT infrastructure solutions.
- leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or 12 years of equivalent work experience.
- of 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 6 years in a leadership role within a healthcare environment.
- have previous experience achieving SOC 2 Type 2 Certification.
