Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Car Salesperson at Route One Dealer Services located in Miami, FL. As a Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers. Your tasks will include building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, providing information about different car models, assisting with test drives, negotiating prices, and closing sales.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of different car models, features, and specifications
Customer-focused mindset and ability to build rapport
Ability to work well in a team and meet sales targets
Knowledge of financing and leasing options
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in car sales is preferred
