Job Overview:
As an Assembler II, you will perform duties associated with operating equipment and assembling parts related to the process of producing window and door products that customers perceive as having high quality and value.
Highlights of your role:
- Prep and mull trap and other Marvin window units as specified on the customer order.
- Prep and apply jamb extension as specified on the customer order.
- Prioritize workload based on customer needs as shown on the visual dispatch screen
- Cut, package, and wrap assemblies as required.
- Scan units complete and inspect the unit for quality and accuracy.
- Able and willing to learn all jobs in the department.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
- Able to read and understand customer order requirements.
- Able to run saws, powered hand tools, and stretch wrapper.
- Willing to help others up and down the line to balance the workload.
- Able to read tape measure, depth gauge, and protractor.
- Must be a team player with a positive can do attitude.
- Help drive improvement opportunities to fruition.
