Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to clients with a focus on Behavioral Health.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Offer addiction counseling and crisis intervention services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
- Supervise and mentor social work interns and staff
Requirements:
1. MSW and LSW or LCSW required
2. Minimum 1 year Behavioral Health experience.
