Transforming Age is excited to hire our Transforming Age+ Product Manager! This role owns delivery of the Go to Market strategy, including working collaboratively with the marketing team for a successful product launch. The Transforming Age+ Product Manager is an ambassador and product evangelist. The Product Manager has a growth mindset, is a strategic thinker and results-oriented, and embraces our Culture of Excellence to deliver on our mission. This position is primarily a remote role, with onsite presence required for key update or strategy meetings as needed. The successful candidate will need to reside in the San Francisco/Oakland California greater metro area.
Our Product Manager:
- Is responsible for building a robust product roadmap aligned with achieving the mission and business objectives of Transforming Age+.
- Delivers strong product execution, feature specification, product delivery, and product quality assurance.
- Owns the delivery of a go-to-market market strategy in an enterprise SaaS environment, including product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Is responsible for prioritizing and incorporating customer surveys, data, research, financials, and market analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Creates competitive and breakthrough strategies that show a clear connection between vision and action.
- Effectively translates vision and user feedback into work with designers to build out UX flow
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, in particular launching zero to one tech products and features (ideally in membership model, B2C, or B2B SaaS), demonstrating strong product strategy and roadmapping.
- 5+ years of experience with UX and building customer-facing and back-office platforms.
- s and UIs for the product that deliver a compelling user experience.
- Writes product requirements to collaborate with engineers.
- Collaborates continuously and manages the contracted engineering team to deliver the product on time and on budget.
- Drives product launches alongside marketing teams.
- Evaluates promotional plans to ensure they are consistent with product line strategy.
- Acts as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
- Represents Transforming Age+ by visiting with customers to solicit feedback on products and services.
- Performs other duties as needed/assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, in particular launching zero to one tech products and features (ideally in membership model, B2C, or B2B SaaS), demonstrating strong product strategy and roadmapping.
- 5+ years of experience with UX and building customer-facing and back-office platforms.
- 2+ years experience launching enterprise products, preferably , as early-stage, as well as developing product requirements documents
- Demonstrated track record of taking action on challenges, without unnecessary planning, and identifying and seizing new opportunities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a willingness to complete other tasks in order to get the job done.
- Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines, drive to completion and achieve business results.
