Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all finance and insurance (F&I) department activities.
- Develop and implement effective financing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive finance.
- Train and mentor finance team members to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to secure favorable terms and rates for customers.
- Monitor market trends and adjust financing programs as needed to remain competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for dealership management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance management.
- Strong understanding of finance and insurance products and services.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and financial analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
