**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:**
* Send out contracts to our lenders
* Records salesperson commission
* Verify and ensure prompt payment of factory incentives
* Post all incentive payments
* Post all retail, loaner, and fleet deals, & add to deal log, correct deal log
* Receipt daily ACH contract funding
* Floor plan reconciliation
* Challenge and apply for all old incentives not paid
* Trade Payoff Checks - Ensure Timely Receipt of Trade Titles
* Reconcile and cut checks to our warranty providers
* Build relationships and communication with dealership personnel, accounting managers, and HAG.
* Inventory Reconciliation Schedule
**Qualifications:**
* 1-3 years of Dealership experience preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and experience with excel spreads sheets.
* CDK experience a plus.
**Education:**
* Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
