Seakeeper changes the way people spend their time on the water. And if theyre forced to go back to their old (and sad) ways of boating because their Seakeeper isnt working, youll be there to save the day! As our Customer Support Supervisor, youll set the tone and lead the charge in defining what our customers initial experience with Seakeeper is when in need of technical support. Youll help troubleshoot and provide answers and basic information to get them back up and running. Youll support our customers by:

* Defining processes and procedures to ensure the best customer support

* Answering customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner

* Opening service cases and entering customer data into our database

* Generating quotes and service orders for spare parts to be delivered

* Providing troubleshooting information around Seakeeper operation, maintenance, and repair

* Verifying and updating current warranty information for Seakeeper owners

* Preparing and analyzing KPI reports and other metrics

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

MUST-HAVES

* Bachelors degree

* 3 5 years of customer service experience

* Previous management experience

* Have a passion for helping people and ferocious attention to detail

* Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric attitude at all times

* Data entry skills and strong command of Microsoft Office programs

* Be professional, responsive, resourceful, and flexible

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Superior time management, multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills

NICE-TO-HAVES

* Marine industry experience

* Product support experience with a manufacturer

* Able to communicate in Spanish

* We are actively seeking a new home in Florida, which will be located between Tampa and Fort Myers

* Youll report to the CEO currently, with an eventual transition to report to the Head of Sales & Support in the future

* This role will require relocation near the facility when we have finalized our location

+ Relocation assistance will be provided
