Salary: $90k - 100k - 110k + 12% bonus + Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)

Company Overview:
Our client, one of the largest global medical equipment companies, is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to help drive financial integrity and performance excellence within their Sumter manufacturing facility.
The Cost Accounting Manager will report directly to the Plant Controller and will be instrumental in driving financial improvement initiatives through meticulous planning, reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, reporting, and analysis of standard product costing
- Optimize finance-related operational decisions
- Introduce process control as needed
- Safeguard company assets in collaboration with Manufacturing Directors and Plant Leadership Team.
- Drive continuous financial improvement through various analyses including gross profit, inventory, new product, and spending.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of Cost Accounting within a Manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of Supervisory experience
Nice to Have:
- CPA or CMA
- SAP experience
- Knowledge of GAAP and SOX controls
