Role Overview:

A fantastic opportunity with lots of growth potential for someone who is driven by getting things completed well and on time. The Production-Project Manager is responsible for production logistics for both Pixi and POP products/projects. Not only will this person make sure projects are on track but will serve as a liaison between product development, quality, supply chain/ops as well as external vendor partners to ensure timely progression adhering to set standards on production of finished goods. We have offices in Los Angeles, London and Singapore and are looking for someone with passion and energy to contribute and support our high performing global teams. You will be working alongside leads in the business to guide you in successfully handling projects the Pixi way!


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Production management represent product development and quality control stages on orders.
  • Supplier management partner with NPD to be key point of contact for contract manufacturers to ensure on-time, on-quality performance. Identify and create network of suppliers to support innovation and production continuity.
  • Drive improvements in sourcing, costs, lead times and production to streamline commercialization of products and help increase supply chain agility.
  • Create, track and enforce timelines to capture critical milestones and potential risks in helping to proactively mitigate detours from the target date(s).
  • Manage accountability of stakeholders and communicate risks with solution-oriented approaches to the broader organization.
  • Manage cross-functional communication with internal teams and vendors for collaborative development through production.
  • Drive and execute product/production improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Spearhead cross-functional team meetings to provide updates on project status as well as transition new product development information to supply chain.
  • Manage batch and pre-production approvals, upholding quality assurance and championing brand standards.
  • Help manage, supervise and train junior team members including good work practices and production methods.
  • Create Bills of Materials and communicate changes/updates as needed.
  • Track all launches using stage gate terminology - ideation, design, testing, production, shipping and launch.
  • Manage metrics to provide score cards for management and budgeting purposes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.


Relevant skills & attributes:

  • Minimum 5 years previous experience working in production for CPG.
  • Experience in the beauty industry and managing people a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to come up with smart solutions.
  • A strong team focus and excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
